Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applies to purchases on Industrial Print Solutions ("IPS"). Please review the sections below for product-specific policies and response steps.

1. Scope

  • Applies to purchases on Industrial Print Solutions ("IPS").
  • Two product types: Customized (with your logo/QR or any artwork) and Standard (generic, non-custom items).

2. Cancellations

Customized items:

  • Free cancellation until proof approval or within 3 hours of order—whichever is earlier.
  • After approval/production start: non-cancellable (print-on-demand).

Standard items:

Cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

3. Returns & Refunds

Customized items:

  • No returns (print-on-demand). Only manufacturing defects or transit damage qualify.
  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video + photos and order number.
  • Remedy is reprint/replacement; refund only if reprint is not reasonably possible.

Standard items:

  • 5-day return window from delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original packing; inspection on receipt.

Timelines:

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method in 5–10 business days (bank/issuer processing may vary).

COD orders:

Refunds (where applicable) are via bank transfer after verification.

4. Evidence & process (quick steps)

  1. Email info@industrialprintsolutions.com with subject “Cancel/Refund – [Order #]”.
  2. Attach unboxing video/photos (for damage/shortage claims).
  3. We’ll confirm next steps (pickup/return address) and update you after inspection.

5. What isn’t eligible

  • Colour variance within standard print tolerance.
  • Minor surface marks not affecting use.
  • Wear/tear after delivery.
  • Customer-provided artwork issues (low-res, spelling, colours) once proof was approved.
  • Installation damage.
  • Delays caused by courier/force-majeure.
  • Refusal to accept COD after dispatch may be treated as misuse; IPS may withhold/limit COD for future orders.

6. Fees, shipping & title

  • Outbound shipping is free on every order; you only pay for the products and applicable taxes.
  • For approved returns, IPS coordinates return shipping at no additional cost to you.
  • Title and risk pass on delivery.

7. Logo/artwork handling on cancellation

  • If a custom order is cancelled before production, IPS will delete your logo/artwork files on request.
  • IPS never reuses your logo for other clients or marketing without your explicit written consent.

8. Fraud, abuse & exceptions

IPS may decline/cancel orders or refunds where fraud/abuse is suspected, and comply with law-enforcement requests.

9. Governing terms

This Policy is read with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, and Disclaimer. Where law requires otherwise, IPS will follow the applicable legal standard.
